Life coaching assists you and should take you from where you currently are in life and transform you to where you want to be. It involves work and commitment.
I use a five-step methodology
1. Assess
Getting to know you and the goals you want to set for yourself
2. Evaluate
Are these reasonable goals and are they attainable?
3. Identify
Identify goals and revise unworkable goals to ensure that the goals chosen are reasonable and attainable and do not lend themselves to disappointments
4. PLAN
Set up a reasonable and workable plan of action taking your personal and business commitments into consideration.
5. Action/Achievement
Put the plan in action utilizing a workable schedule to achieve stated goals and objectives.
